This afternoon, Kafafa.com’s security was compromised. To keep our members’ websites safe, we are prohibiting users from editing their websites for a brief amount of time. You will still be able to access your website in the meantime.
We greatly apologize for this unfortunate event. We are undergoing major changes to our framework to make sure that events such as this never happen again. The release date for new version of Kafafa previously mentioned has been set back briefly to implement these changes, but will continue to progress.
Please check back periodically for updates on this situation. If you need to contact us, you may continue to use our contact form.

We’re sorry for the extended downtime–rather than simply bring the site up again, we would rather wait to release it until we are sure that your information is completely secure. Please bear with us while we make these necessary changes.

Kafafa is back up again. As it turns out, there was an issue with the servers of our hosting company. They are currently fixing the problem and Kafafa users should be able to continue working on their websites as normal. Thanks for hanging in there!

Major virus-attacks on your website

There seems to be a major malware problem circulating across the web and affecting several websites such as Network Solutions and GoDaddy. It will take time to clean up the mess. If you discover malware on your Kafafa site, you can help by contacting us through our website and we will resolve the issue immediately.
GoDaddy has posted a blog article about the recent attacks in detail:
